KTUU reported that the children were transported to the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, where officials Friday would not release their conditions.
The incident happened Thursday night.
A call to 911 requested an ambulance at an apartment building.
The North Slope Borough Police Department also responded and found a 3-year-old child who was not breathing and was without a pulse. A 1-year-old also needed medical attention.
Police arrested 28-year-old Richard Tilden Jr. He's being held without bail on two counts of domestic violence assault and awaits arraignment.
