I suffered from a severe back spasm. We decided that the family could not get me down our stairs without further injury to myself or family members. We called AFD. The care rendered was wondrous.
The ride to Providence was almost smooth as glass, thank you paramedic Barnes. The care of paramedic Esslinger and his colleague was terrific (I'm sorry I have forgotten your name). Providence's emergency room nurse Emily and Dr. Parker put me well at ease, helped to eliminate a great deal of pain and put me on the path to recovery.
To all of you, a most sincere thank you. If this happens again I will not hesitate as long before we call you. God bless you all.
