When I hear talk about spending money to widen the Seward Highway because it's such a deadly route, do you think that will slow people down? No, just the opposite. It won't be any safer. Hire more troopers, not only can they enforce the speed limits, they're there when you need them for other emergencies. We'll have good men with good jobs -- that's good for the economy -- and it will cost less.
