Robinson keeps lead in junior sled dog championship race

Alea Robinson stretched Friday's lead from three seconds to 25 seconds Saturday in the seven-dog division of the Junior World Championship sprint mushing race at Tozier Track. Robinson completed 8.1 miles in 26 minutes, 8 seconds for a two-day time of 53:59.

Saturday's fastest time belonged to Rachel Kinvig, who finished in 25:58 and jumped from third to second. Tilly Cantor dropped from second to third with a time of 26:49, putting her 44 seconds off the lead going into today's final run.
