Ieremia Unasa is charged with impersonating a public servant.

Troopers in Palmer say they received multiple reports Monday night of a man impersonating a police officer in Palmer and Wasilla. They say Unasa was driving a white 2002 Chrysler Voyager and stopping multiple vehicles, saying he was a police officer.

Troopers say Unasa was arrested after he was tracked down at a Palmer home. According to troopers, bail in the case was set at $10,000. He's been in custody at the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer.
