Drop the phones, learn to drive

After nearly getting hit three times by drivers who do not know what the rules are at four-way stops, I thought I would let you know. I am addressing this to the three women in Wasilla who at the four-way stops by the post office went out of turn. And twice you were on your phone!

Unless it's a life or death emergency stay off the phone. There's nothing so important that it can't wait until you pull over or are no longer driving. You know who you are because I laid on my horn and did the hang-it-up hand gesture.

The rules are simple: Whoever gets there first goes first, unless you arrive at the same time. Then it's yield to driver on right. Learn the rules before you get behind the wheel and just hang up and drive.
