ST. PAUL -- The Coast Guard said a Jayhawk helicopter crew hoisted an ailing fisherman from a 310-foot fishing vessel southeast of St. Paul in the Pribilof Islands. The vessel Northern Hawk requested help Thursday afternoon for a 57-year-old crewman reportedly suffering cardiac distress.

Petty Officer 3rd Class Jonathan Lally said the helicopter delivered the crewman to emergency medical teams in St. Paul.
