The Arctic Slope Regional Corp. has declared its spring dividend.

The corporation's 11,000 shareholders will receive $10.38 per share. The average shareholder owns 100 shares and will get $1,038. The dividend will be issued April 13.

ASRC President and CEO Rex Rock Sr. said the corporation is pleased to announce a healthy spring dividend despite a challenging business climate. The total distribution will be about $12 million.

The spring dividend brings the total dividend dollars distributed by the corporation to nearly $543 million.
