UAA's Morgan Cook scored 36.7 points in the all-around competition at the NCAA Division I West Regional championships in Seattle, finishing last in a field of 21 Saturday and bringing UAA's gymnastics season to a close. Cook, one of five individual qualifiers competing from schools that didn't qualify entire teams, notched her best scores on the balance beam (9.525) and floor exercise (9.475).
"Despite trouble on vault and bars, Morgan did a great job of keeping focused and finishing strong," UAA coach Paul Stoklos said in a press release.
