The Sullivan Arena needs a multi-tiered parking garage to accommodate its users. Add two ice rinks in the basement. A sports bar restaurant on the top. Fees paid for by the parkers. Add a bridge to the arena from mid-level.

Instead all MOA can do is to plow under existing sports fields. People, what are you thinking?

Where is the vision to create a community within our boundaries? Any planning ideas have been quashed by the developer buddies to squeeze every last nickel out of this town.
