A question I have since wife has been looking for work checking want ads. Made me wonder after listening to the pros and cons of Prop. 5 and the talk about more equal rights and discrimination. But supposedly we have laws in place for that.

The question is about the want ads saying American Native/American Indian preference. Isn't that discrimination? Now, to my knowledge we can't say black, white, Hispanic preference, can we? So will someone please explain this to me? Does the ACLU know about this?

Not trying to stir the pot but you know the saying: If it walks like a duck, etc.
