Cherry Blossoms

I

The cherry blossoms fade into spring like melting snow upon evergreen

II

The cherry blossoms drift in a sad air faces from the past in slow despair accounted for remembered no longer clear

III

The cherry blossoms dispel no pain only the river passing quietly encounters change

IV

Let me pass the last day beneath the cherry blossoms when the moon is full and the wind is in from the sea
