Somebody help me out here ...

The price of Alaska oil has gone down about 12 percent in the last month or so.

The price of gasoline in the Lower 48 has dropped 18 cents a gallon in the last month or so.

But the price of gasoline in Anchorage has gone up 20 cents a gallon in the last two weeks.

What in the world is happening?

Oh, wait! I remember now ... the refiners are ripping us off.

Never mind.
