Have the city and the mayor completely forgotten about the South Addition and Westchester Lagoon this year? It's the third week in May and not one hint of a street cleaner to be seen. Westchester Lagoon is the entrance/exit point for much of the Coastal Trail and often the first walking view for visitors to Anchorage.

An inch of gravel extending 4 feet out from the curb is not only unsightly but dangerous for bikers. We can do better than this.
