BETHEL -- A village public safety officer in the community of Chefornak is accused of three counts of sexually abusing a minor, including twice at the village's public safety building.
KYUK reports Eddie B. Fenn was arrested Sunday.
A shift supervisor said Fenn was being held Wednesday at the Yukon Kuskokwim Correctional Center in Bethel on $50,000 bail.
The 17-year-old victim contacted Alaska State Troopers on May 21.
According to a police affidavit, the victim alleges they had sex after he summoned her to the safety building one night in November.
The document says the victim alleges two more acts of abuse, including after Fenn allegedly paid for her airfare to Bethel in December and again in March at the Chefornak safety building.
Chefornak is nearly 500 miles southwest of Anchorage.
