Video shot Thursday afternoon by cabdriver Bardhul Muca -- and posted at KTUU -- shows a black bear causing a commotion near the entrance of the Alaska Native Medical Center. The bear eventually headed into the woods. A little while earlier, the same or another black bear in the area of the Native hospital walked up behind a man pushing a baby in a stroller.
