Romney, the guy I plan to vote for, has just had "patriot superiority" removed from his list of high notes. We now know he is a four-time draft dodger, once for 31 months as a "minister."

It's good to know. At least now both parties are more likely to discuss policy rather than Fox News -- or MSNBC-driven swift-boating lunacy.

I'd like to hear real debate. Of course then I'd have to think, to actually engage, to carefully weigh it all. I may even be forced to read something extensively researched. But then I'd know more than 90 percent of my neighbors, and without the intellectual parity we'd have nothing much to talk about, again.
