Tilton wins new cycling race

Cyclists enjoyed sunny skies and heated competition Saturday in the Arctic Bicycle Club's inaugural Point MacKenzie Road Race. Richard Tilton won the men's expert division, outsprinting Tim Berntson at the end of the 72-mile race. Jill Valerius picked up a win in the sport women division, with Mike Vania and Erik Ostberg riding to victory in the master men and sport men divisions, respectively.
