The deadline for entering the annual Denali National Park road lottery is Saturday, June 30, at midnight.

The road will be open to lottery winners Sept. 14-17, weather permitting. On each day, 400 vehicles will be allowed to use day-long permits won in the lottery.

There is a non-refundable $10 entry fee. Winners will be billed an additional $25.

People can enter the lottery online at recreation.gov; by calling 877-444-6777 between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.; or by mailing entries to Road Lottery, Denali National Park and Preserve, Box 9, Denali Park, 99755. Include a desired date, a check or money order for $10 and an email address for notification.

Campsites are not included with road permits.
