They discussed the officer involved shooting of Shane Tasi that occurred in Mt. View on June 9. Officer Boaz Gionson who was involved in the shooting was recently cleared by state prosecutors for the use of deadly forced and that the shooting death was justifiable under the law and that no criminal charges against the officer would be filed.
