In response to Shannyn Moore's July 7 "open letter to President Barack Obama," I would like to applaud her stance on Arctic drilling. While I believe any conservationist worth his (or her) grain of salt wouldn't support any drilling that is in sea OR a wildlife refuge, I am willing to accept that ANWR will be the lesser of the two drilling evils.

Hopefully, in the future we can avoid drilling anywhere.
