Traffic on the Seward Highway was blocked near Turnagain Pass as Alaska State Troopers searched for a man suspected of kidnapping on Friday, July 20, 2012. Traffic was backed up past Twenty Mile River on the north side of the Pass. Samantha Norman and Sybil sit in the road as they wait for the road to open. Sybil belongs to Sarah Smith of Alaska Yoga Retreats. The group was on their way back from a Seward yoga retreat.
