Alaska lawmakers plan to meet in Anchorage next week for an update on efforts to commercialize the state's natural gas resources.

The Legislature's Joint In-State Gas Caucus is scheduled to hear from officials with the Parnell administration, in-state gas pipeline project and Exxon Mobil Corp., as well as from the federal coordinator for Alaska gas line projects.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
