Legion contests rained out

Anchorage Daily NewsJuly 30, 2012

A steady rain forced postponment of Monday's scheduled games in the American Legion state baseball tournament at Mulcahy Stadium.

The games were rescheduled for Tuesday. Dimond and Wasilla will play at 2 p.m. and Service will meet Kenai at 6.

The new schedule adds a third game to Wednesday's lineup and pushes the semifinal game between Eagle River and Chugiak to 6:30 p.m. that day instead of 2 p.m.
