JUNEAU -- A Gustavus man has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve.
John Olivit entered the plea in U.S. District Court in Juneau on Monday.
The U.S. attorney's office says a law enforcement ranger found Olivit recovering from a motorcycle accident inside the park and noticed he seemed to show signs of intoxication. Olivit underwent field sobriety tests and provided a breath sample, which the U.S. attorney's office says resulted in a breath-alcohol content of 0.205.
