The Anchorage Animal Care and Control Center has a deal for you this weekend.
The center's headquarters is celebrating its 25th anniversary and is offering discounted cat adoptions for the occasion.
Adoption fees will be only $12 for each adult cat, those 1 year and older. Normal adoption fees can range from $42 to $142.
The center says in a release that Friends of Pets is helping reduce the costs by paying for all spay and neuter surgeries this weekend.
