Regarding the city budget's $30 million shortfall, I would like to think that Mayor Sullivan might do the right thing and follow Jay Leno's lead ... i.e., take a pay cut to help out with the budgeting dilemma? Maybe that would encourage some other of the "top dogs" to follow in his footsteps as well? Just an idea.
