JUNEAU -- A 60-year-old Juneau man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 22-year-old woman as she slept at his home after his birthday party.

The Juneau Empire reports Frank W. Lee is charged with three felony counts of sexual assault.

Lee's birthday celebration was Sunday. Prosecutors say a friend of the woman also spent the night at the home and called police to report the assault just before 5:30 a.m. Monday.

According to an affidavit in the case, police recorded a phone call between Lee and the woman after the incident.

Lee was arraigned Wednesday and District Court Judge Keith Levy set bail at $100,000.

Assistant District Attorney Amy Williams told the judge that Lee knew the woman and had groomed her for a physical relationship since she was 18.
