About 50 runners from the Grace Christian School cross country team trained at Storck Homestead Park along Clarks Road on the Anchorage Hillside during a windstorm on Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Coach Nate Davis said the runners stayed away from trees that could've fallen in the open field. The experience, he said, would be a good memory for the kids and might be similar to conditions they'll face at upcoming meets.
