The Palmer Moose clinched the Railbelt Conference championship Friday with a decisive 40-14 victory over Juneau.

The top-ranked Moose got three touchdowns from James Nisbett, who has reached the end zone 21 times in seven games this season. Nisbett scored the game's first two touchdowns during a first half in which he rushed for more than 100 yards. He added his third TD in the third quarter.
