Grace Christian's volleyball team improved to 11-1 this season with a pair of weekend sweeps over visiting Cordova. Grace on Saturday won 25-12, 25-11, 25-15, on the strength of 16 kills and 13 digs from Heather Green. Kelsea Winkle added 10 kills, and Felicity Roe furnished 12 assists and nine aces.

Friday, Nicole Weisenfelder's 13 kills and nine assists spurred Grace to a 25-15, 25-10, 25-13 victory. Green added 11 kills and 10 digs.

Dimond 3, Soldotna 0

Sierra Afoa slammed nine kills and Rohyn Huss added seven Saturday to lead Dimond to a nonconference sweep of visiting Soldotna, 25-17, 25-19, 25-10.

Leah Swiss contributed eight aces and 18 digs and Janell Feller dished out 18 assists.
