Anchorage police have identified the woman found dead Thursday in Mountain View as Marie Andrews. It's still unclear how Andrews, 62, died, a police spokesman said.

Two men walking south of Mountain View Drive spotted her body next to a fence Thursday afternoon, police said. They told a nearby resident who called police. Crime scene investigators analyzed the scene before a medical examiner picked up Andrews, police said.

Andrews was the second woman to be found dead outside in Anchorage in two days. A man discovered the body of Michelle Felber, 24, just north of Dowling Road on Wednesday.
