If Mayor Sullivan wants to save money he should end October street sweeping. It’s 31 degrees at my house and the street sweepers are watering down and sweeping my street. It seems silly to wet down streets when it’s below freezing and sweep streets already well-cleaned by recent rains.

The city will soon sand them due to icy conditions. This is one cost saving idea the mayor shouldn’t sweep under the rug.
