Civil – A man who had quit his employment because business policies were not being followed told police that he wanted his employer to purchase him a plane ticket.  He was advised that this was a civil, not criminal, issue.

 Trespass – Homeowner asked officers to issue trespass advisements to three of his friends.

Trespass – Caller requested police assistance removing and barring his brother from his residence, then changed his mind and decided he himself would instead leave the house.

Domestic Disturbance – Officers investigated a noise complaint in a Unisea bunkhouse and discovered the clamor was due to a mother’s berating her daughter’s lifestyle choices. Alternative lodging for one of the women was offered but refused.

Suspicious Person/Activity – Caller reported an intoxicated shopper behaving oddly in the grocery store.  An officer contacted the man, who was shopping very slowly, and determined his level of intoxication was not cause for concern.

Assistance Rendered – Officer assisted EMS with a patient who had fallen from a roof after climbing out the window to escape his locked room.

Civil – Fisherman complained that his captain had seen him drinking a beer, had told him he was in violation of the company’s no-alcohol policy and had fired him upon his return to the vessel.  An officer advised the fisherman that the captain was well within his rights to do so.
