Aces add former Seawolves D-man Gorham for the weekend

Posted on October 26, 2012

To give themselves full depth of six defensemen for the weekend, the Alaska Aces have added former UAA blueliner Brad Gorham of Anchorage.

Gorham, 26, will likely be spot-shifted. The Aces open a three-game home set against the San Francisco Bulls beginning tonight at Sullivan Arena.

The Aces got Gorham, and signed defenseman Alain Goulet on Thursday, because five of their nine other defensemen are shelved with injuries.

In any event, Gorham, 26, in 95 career games between UAA and Ohio State (he started his college career with Ohio State and transferred back home) logged 4-19--23 totals. In 83 UAA games, his numbers were 3-18--21.
