Phoebe Bredlie

R&M Consultants Inc. has expanded the service offerings in the Fairbanks office to include civil engineering with the addition of Phoebe Bredlie, P.E. Until now, R&M’s Fairbanks office has consisted entirely of surveying and right of way staff. Since opening our Fairbanks office in 2009, the firm has planned to add other staff to provide services within our core business lines.

Phoebe joined R&M as a Project Engineer in our Airport Engineering Group in September 2012. A former employee of the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (Northern Region), she has 13 years of general civil design and construction engineering experience. Her work has included airport, site improvement, road, building, and utility projects. She has been responsible for developing civil design plans, specifications and estimates for government and private entities; producing civil design drawings; and estimating earthwork quantities for civil projects. Phoebe holds a B.S. in Geological Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She is a Professional Civil Engineer registered in Alaska.

Founded in Alaska in 1969, R&M offers civil, structural, geotechnical, and waterfront engineering; surveying and mapping; geographic information system (GIS) services; geology; hydrology; environmental services; construction administration; materials testing; and special inspection. R&M has offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks.
