Looking for the good stuff: That's what I do, I have found it in the latest bottling of the 2010 Porcupine Ridge Syrah. I have always liked this wine, and now I like it even better. Obviously, they have made some changes, and all for the good. We have a great nose here of blue and black fruits, with hints of menthol and tobacco. Its mouth is richly fruited and dense. This is an extremely pleasing wine at this price point, with a nice tannin grip. I am stocking up plenty for the coming holiday season. Cheers! Costs about $12.
