Music video award given to Homer-based songwriter and filmmaker

— Last weekend Out North hosted F Magazine's F-Action awards ceremony, which showcased Alaskan filmmakers and musicians. After whittling the entries to a select group, the finalists were screened and a winner awarded: "Fall For You" by Homer singer/songwriter Caressa Starshine, shot and directed by Tehben Dean.
