To the woman driving up O’Malley east of Lake Otis around 9:10 a.m. Monday: You passed a right-turning vehicle, entering the oncoming lane in which I was driving, instead of slowing a bit and waiting a few seconds for the driver to complete his turn.  I had a guardrail on my right with almost no shoulder. What was I supposed to do?

I’m glad you managed to get back in your lane in time to avoid a fatal crash. Next time, use more sense. Or, better yet, let someone else drive until you’ve taken a defensive driving course.
