Due to the results of a recent mammogram, many doctors’ appointments, a number of tests and all, I was scheduled for surgery last week. To say I was terrified would be an understatement. Who wouldn’t be — right? 

I would like to give my thanks and appreciation to all those at Providence Alaska Medical Center — from the admitting desk nurse (who was just wonderful — GREAT personality) to the nurse who readied me for surgery (sooo sweet) and everyone in between — they were just positively wonderful.
