Anchorage's Rapuzzi is having a career season for Colorado College

Published: December 7, 2012

Colorado College senior captain William Rapuzzi of Anchorage no doubt was bummed by a 4-2 home-ice loss to Minnesota tonight, but he still is crafting a career season for the Tigers.

Rapuzzi furnished one goal and one assist tonight, and through 17 games he already is approaching his career high in goals and just one point from matching his career high in points.

Rapuzzi's 9-12--21 totals, which tie him for the team lead in points, has him one point away from matching his career-high 22 points (in 43 games) as a sophomore. His career high in goals in 12, also from that sophomore season. His 12 assists match his career high, posted last season as a junior in 35 games.

The Tigers play UAA in Anchorage on Feb. 1-2.
