How subjective is mental illness? What about when over 3 million NRA members and many, many Alaskans I read on the comment board here were stunned into a rabid fury when 20 little kids and six adults were shot and killed by a maniac. But they were (are) not in a fury over the violent act, but the collective hive mentality paranoia that their guns are threatened by government seizure. Who is the mentally ill now? How are we gonna tell the well-armed NRA member from a well-armed maniac? We’ll have to come up with some kind of parameters. I say, start with the NRA from the top on down.
