Regarding limits on armaments in the hands of American citizens, deranged and otherwise, looking to safeguard their Second Amendment rights to utilize military hardware: What is the going rate for a 2013 upgraded tank (hunt that moose in comfort) or designer drone (that messy neighbor can move out or pass on) or go-for-the-gusto-never-need-to-reload H-BOMB, now on patriotic clearance (take out every gun control advocate in Alaska with one press on the trigger). 

We have 200 million to 300 million guns in private hands, depending on who is counting. This is in the realm of 20 times more than any other country on Earth.
