Bond, Stephens & Johnson, Alaska’s largest commercial brokerage company, has announced that it will cease operations on Jan. 31.

The company was formed in 1992 by Stuart Bond, Chris Stephens and Greg Johnson to offer an exclusive commercial brokerage with a high level of service.

The firm grew to include 13 commercial brokers and handled the majority of commercial transactions in Alaska.  In 2009, Alaska Business Monthly named Bond, Stephens & Johnson one of the top 100 Alaska companies.

Bond will be continuing his practice at his new company, Bond Commercial Properties. Chris Stephens is establishing Chris Stephens Commercial Brokerage. Greg Johnson will be the broker/manager at Jack White Commercial Real Estate.
