Streaking UAF wins again, 2-1 over Northern Michigan

Cody Kunyk scored one goal and set up Colton Beck's short-handed strike tonight to help UAF extend its winning streak to five games, all in the CCHA, with a 2-1 win over visiting Northern Michigan.

John Keeney made 24 saves for the Nanooks (11-8-4, 9-7-3 CCHA), who have climbed into fifth place in the 11-team league.

UAF also pushed its unbeaten streak to six games (5-0-1). Four of UAF's five straight wins have been one-goal victories and the Nanooks have won eight games this season by one goal.
