Historic Preservation Fund grant period opens for Certified Local Governments

(Anchorage, AK) – The Office of History & Archaeology is accepting grant applications for 2013 historic preservation projects from certified local governments. 

 

The Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) program provides up to 60 percent matching assistance for the cost of a project.  Projects eligible for HPF assistance include those focused on historic preservation planning, inventories, surveys, National Register nominations, public education, predevelopment, development, and acquisition.
