Will the Legislature pass a tax reform bill that will deliver enough oil to fill TAPS for years to come? Let’s hope that they have the same vision as our governor. In the mean time, oil volume through TAPS is declining 6 percent annually. Quit thinking about it and studying it. Time to go for it.
