Published: February 11, 2013

The Cleveland Indians have reportedly signed free-agent outfielder Michael Bourn to a four-year contract.

The deal, per Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com, will be worth $48 million with a fifth-year vesting option for $12 million.

Bourn is a two-time All-Star who batted .274 with a .348 on-base percentage and 42 steals in 155 games with the Braves last season. Atlanta acquired the speedster in a trade-deadline deal with the Houston Astros the year before.

The 30-year-old Bourn broke into the majors in 2006 with the Philadelphia Phillies and has batted .272 with a .339 OBP over 871 career games. He led the league in steals from 2009-11 and has scored 459 total runs.
