Anchorage, AK — Adriana Latonio of Anchorage advanced into the top 40 in Thursday's episode of "American Idol."

The semifinal round begins Wednesday, with the female performers taking the stage 7 p.m. on Fox. The guys take their turns 7 p.m. Thursday.
