'Duck Hunters' package for theater-lovers in Seward

Published: February 18, 2013

Port   City  Players is presenting Mitch Albom’s play DUCK HUNTER SHOOTS ANGEL through March 2  at the Seward High School Theater.  General admission is $15 with a discount for students and military.

But the cool deal for out-of-town theater lovers is the "Duck Hunter Special." $100 gets you two tickets to the show, a $20 food voucher for dinner at Gene's Place AND a night's stay at Hotel Seward.

The highly entertaining comedy involves two brothers who have never shot a duck, but think they've brought down an angel. "A sweet parable about redemption," says the blurb. "A rare comedy with a surprisingly heartfelt lesson."

Call the Hotel Seward at 224-8001 for reservations. For more information about the play and the Port City Players contact Linnea Hollingsworth at linneahollingsworth@yahoo.com. For more events happening in Seward go to www.sewardevents.com
